Ribosi Incorporated offers system management both on call and under service agreements to businesses. Though we specialize in Linux systems, we also manage Windows-based servers and clients as well as various Unix variants including BSD, AIX and Solaris systems.

On Call Service

We offer on call service at a rate of $60/hr, pro-rated by the quarter hour after the first hour for the following times*
  • Monday Through Friday: 9AM to 8PM
  • Saturday: 11AM to 8PM


We provide service for times outside of these at a rate of $90/hr, pro-rated by the quarter hour after the first hour.

* All Times Eastern Standard Time, United States

On call service may include:
  • PC Configuration, Troubleshooting and Repair
  • Server Configuration, Troubleshooting and Repair
  • Network Diagnostics

Service Agreements

We offer one year service agreements at the following rates per server, per 10 Windows-based workstations or per commonly configured Linux or Unix workstations (meaning all *nix workstations that share the same configuration and exist on the same network):
  • 1 Single Payment of $6999.48 or
  • 12 Monthly Payments of $599.29 (for a total of $7191.48)


Service agreements include the following:
  • Linux/Unix Server
    • Configuration of on-system firewall
    • Configuration of services
    • System updates
    • System monitoring
    • Incident handling (up to 10 hours/month if we did not configure or are not allowed to reconfigure the system to our specifications)

  • Windows Server
    • Policy Management
    • Installation/Usage of malware scanning tools
    • Configuration of services
    • System updates
    • System monitoring
    • Incident Handling (up to 10 hours/month)

  • Linux/Unix Workstations
    • Configuration of on-system firewall
    • Local update repository set up (if more than 5 workstations)
    • System updates
    • System configuration
    • NFS configuration
    • System monitoring
    • Incident handling (up to 10 hours/month if we did not configure or are not allowed to reconfigure the system to our specifications)

  • Windows-based Workstations
    • Policy Management
    • System Configuration
    • Installation/Usage of malware scanning tools
    • System updates
    • Incident handling (up to 10 hours/month)


Please note that we do not perform on-site work to residences. We also do not provide (specifically) on-site printer maintenance.
