Web Developer:		Ribosi Incorporated is always looking for skilled developers. Please note that there is a difference between a developer and a designer. If you are not in the Waynesboro, VA, USA area, we can and do contract work to remote freelancers. To be considered for our freelancer pool, please submit at least 100 lines of code in your prefered language along with payment requirements. Freelancers are selected based on code readability and operational efficiency. While we do have need for ASP developers from time to time, please note that we are an open source service provider and so 90% of the work we have is in open source languages such as PHP and Perl. Also note that competition is tough, so send your best samples. Live site examples are appreciated, but we really want to see your code. That said, we don't need a list of a thousand live web sites that you've worked on.

Designer:		Can you make professional looking web or application front ends? Can you match design elements to a target audience? We're always looking for skilled designers capable of conveying the message of our clients with a glance. All designer positions are contract positions at this time. We recieve thousands of submissions every day, so knock our socks off. Also, tell us what kinds of front ends you like building and, of course, send samples, or links to samples, of your work.

Application Developer:		Ribosi Incorporated fully supports open source software. As such, we're often modifying and creating open source applications and closed source applications that run on open source operating systems. Note that the only Windows application we develop are actually cross-platform, our primary target is the Linux platform (specifically Fedora, CentOS and Gentoo). While we do contract some application development work, we're interested in finding a full time employee in the local area. If you don't live in the Waynesboro, VA area, you may qualify for the freelancer pool. Anyone applying for a job as an application developer, whether contract or employee position, must submit at least 100 lines of real code.

Linux System Administrator:		Ribosi Incorporated is seeking Linux system administrators for depot and client-site work including remote server management, on-site system troubleshooting, service configuration and networking. Candidates must live in the Waynesboro, VA. area. Ideal candidates will have a least 5 years of practical experience, be able to follow directions (yes, we have our own way of doing things too) and be able to pass the Red Hat Certified Engineer test within 3 months of start date and the Ribosi Systems Administrator test within 6 months of start date.

On-site Sales:		Ribosi Incorporated is seeking honest, hard working sales people to go on-site to local businesses and sell Ribosi Incorporated services and products. Honesty is the key element that we're looking for, our offerings are such that all one need do is tell people the truth to make sales. You must have a valid drivers license, live in the Waynesboro, VA area and be able to talk about technical systems in a non-technical manner. Pay includes base salary plus commissions.
